Patience!

Expect nothing. Allow all.

Being greedy for spiritual experiences is no different than being greedy for money or material things.

Lock your doors. You have a right to dwell safely within your own boundaries. Boundaries are there for a reason.

Be alone with yourself.

Practice silence for one whole day. Don't say anything -- not even to yourself.

The hurt comes from misunderstanding the Truth... of being too much "of" the world and its opinions and prejudices…
the Truth is no one "dies"; this is just a movie whose plot we have chosen to participate in for one reason or another…
in order to help people find "home" again; to find "love"; to know themselves to be spiritual beings… to be the "target" of choice, so someone might choose NOT to hurt or punish or kill…
and so find themselves.

Inside me lives a skinny woman crying to get out. But I can usually shut the witch up with cookies.

True Power:
The power to sit and listen
The power to stand and watch
The power to know one’s mission
The power to accept what’s not.
